Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Ready to Ship items are in stock and are usually mailed out in 2-5 business days. Transit time varies depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Generally these take 1-3 weeks to arrive once shipped.

All other items are considered custom made. Work does not start on these items until an order is placed and paid in full. Items are usually completed within 4 weeks from order, but this can increase during peak times or decrease during slower times. Once the item has been made, you will receive a shipping notification. Transit time varies depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Selecting a faster shipping method at checkout will not speed up the creation process and is not recommended for these items.

Ready to Ship items purchased with custom made items will ship at the same time as the custom made item. If you'd like your Ready to Ship items to ship immediately, please do two separate purchases.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of the items, returns and exchanges are not accepted in most circumstances. These will be evaluated on a case by case basis. Accepted returns or exchanges are shipped at the buyers expense. Refunds are sent minus the original shipping cost of the item.

Items will be made to the specifications on the listing. Please allow for small variances in size (many measurements are rounded) and color (computer monitors display colors different from one to the next). These will not be accepted as grounds for a return. Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all custom text fields on forms. Please be careful with auto correct and double check for typos before you submit purchases to us.

All customers have the option of emailing to arrange a purchase to their exact specifications rather than order off the website. In this case, we will provide up to 3 proofs prior to purchasing a custom item listing on the website. We highly suggest customers utilize this route if they need exact sizes, coloring matching, or anything else they'd like to double check.

In the event of damage during shipping, the customer will be responsible for taking pictures and assisting with an insurance claim with the shipping provider before we are able to replace the item.

Should we at Artsome make a mistake on an order, we will replace the item at no cost to the buyer.
